The restrictions of journalists in the polling station

Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda said the mobile phone can not be used in the polling day of the upcoming eleven parliament elections. However, journalists can only use mobile phones to take pictures. The CEC also directed the election observers not to remain in long queue inside the polling booth. This information was given in the instructional briefing on Saturday (December 15th) in the election commission building. Other commissioners, led by Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda, were present in the Election Commission building at noon. At the time, CEC gave a series of questions to journalists. He said that a limited number of journalists will be able to enter the polling station during the poll. Many journalists will not be able to enter the chamber together. The press will be able to broadcast directly from the polling station. However, he said that he could not live broadcast directly from the polling station.
